Forced online by COVID after 14 years of practice, I initially expected telehealth to be "better than nothing" in comparison to in-person therapy. After acclimating, I was surprised to find that position completely evaporate. While there are pros and cons to both online and in-person therapy, I now regard the quality of fit between a particular client and therapist as far more important. This page introduces you to my approach to therapy to help you assess whether I might be a good fit for your goals.
